There was a major accident with injuries the other day on the San Diego highway.  This may have been caused by the darker nights we are now finding due to daylight savings time.  That, combined with the negligent driving of another, or careless actions.  The law does not find the darkness to be an excuse for reckless driving that causes an accident.  Be careful.
